INTRODUCTION
You are welcome to The Light of the World Ministry Inc.  The church was founded on 4th August 2002 by The Lord Jesus Christ.  This is an end time church with emphasis on evangelism. We invite you to be part of this great work which is dear to The Lord. Feel free to explore all the sections of the site.

BACKGROUND OF THE CHURCH
The Light of the World Ministry Inc was registered with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Nigeria in April 1999. The church was formally inaugurated and commenced operations at the Trade Fair Complex Enugu on 4th August 2002. For 5 years the church was at the Trade Fair Complex.  During the annual Trade Fair Exhibitions (March to April), the church had to relocate to another place. At the end of the exhibition, the church would return to rebuild her makeshift structures. By 2006, the church procured her landed property in Asata Enugu. The ground breaking ceremony for the church took place in April 2007. By July 2007, the church moved to the ultra-modern church building at 2nd Avenue Extension Layout, Secretariat Quarters, off Lagos Street, Asata Enugu. This is the present location of the Church, fully wholly owned by The Light of the World Ministry Inc. The church building was formally dedicated to The Lord on Sunday, 9th December, 2007. Apostle JC Ukah was the Guest Minister.
 
Guest Ministers
Since the inception of the church in 2002, many national and international ministers have ministered in the church including; Rev Victor Mark (Abuja), Rev Nnanna Kalu (Asaba), Bishop Emma Etim (Uyo), Rev John Harris (USA), Bishop George Chigwada (Zimbabwe), Rev Doherty (UK), Bishop Blaise (Cote de Voire),Prophet Isa El Buba (Jos), Pastor Prayer Madueke (Lagos), Apostle JC Uka (Lagos), Rev Emma Oyedoh (UK), Rev John Uga (Enugu), Bishop Obi Onubogu (Enugu), Rev Uma Ukpai (Uyo) and a host of others.
 
Ordination of Pastors
The first set of 17 pastors were ordained on the 7th 0f December 2007. Apostle JC Ukah was in attendance as the Guest Minister.  A second set of 12 pastors were ordained on 9th of August 2014. Again, Apostle JC Ukah was in attendance as the Guest Minister.

 The Light Evangelistic Network (TLEN)
The Light Evangelistic Network is the evangelistic arm of the The Light of the World Ministry Inc. The goal of the network is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ by organizing crusades and outreaches to all nations and disciple the converts. The network officially took off with a crusade at Obinagu/Nchatancha in Emene Enugu State. The crusade lasted for 7 days (17th to 23rd November 2014). Many souls gave their life to Christ and are currently being discipled.

THE COMMISSION
THE Ministry is called by God to evangelize the unsaved in all nations and to unite believers in The Body of Christ, preparing them for rapture.

 

MISSION STATEMENT

1. We reach men in all nations for Jesus Christ.

2. We redirect men back to God

3. We help believers to be baptized in the Holy Spirit and to grow spiritually.

4. We train and equip men to maintain their calling.

5. We provide opportunity for spiritual Christian fellowship.

6. We teach men how to become fishers of men.

  7. We prepare them to get ready for rapture
